Chateau La Marzelle - Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé
Ideally located, next to the luxurious Hotel Grand Barrail and opposite to the Château Figeac, « premier cru classé de Saint-Emilion », the Château La Marzelle stretches its 13 acres of merlot (80%), of cabernet franc (13%) and of cabernet sauvignon (7%) over a rich soil made of gravely stones, sand and clay.
The property’s name can be seen on the Belleyme carte of 1821, and was part of the first wine classifications in 1955.

Janoueix SA - Le Château Haut Sarpe
Protected by a beautiful iron wrought gate, the Haut-Sarpe park stretches out on 3 acres. In the middle of age old trees stands a restored windmill, the last one of Saint Emilion. The hamlet of Haut-Sarpe, with its charming littles houses, welcomes grape pickers and artists. The Château, which combines sobriety and elegance, was built after the architect Léo Drouyn’s plans. He got his inspiration from the Trianons de Versailles.
Le Château Figeac
The Chateau Figeac continues to be the largest estate in the commune of Saint-Emilion, with 40 hectares of vines. The central part of the chateau, built in a very pure, classical architectural style, dates from the late 18th century.
